After graduating with a BCA in IT and pursuing MBA in HR, I worked in several organizations for seven years to gain valuable work experience. After working for several years and gaining adequate work experience in recruitment, I was passionately driven by the philosophy of women empowerment. With great zeal and passion, I started a business venture, Srijan Spectrum, that multiplied to six branches in India and generated a turnover of 18 crores. My idea of investing in people has enabled my firm to build a team of 100 people, especially from underprivileged sections of society. The various services that my firm offers include IT, finance, healthcare, logistics, telecom, and many others. The journey from 7.5 Cr in 2019 to 18 Cr in 2022 was exciting and eventually led to great learnings. My passion is building businesses and backing talented people. I think it is important to invest in people rather than just products or businesses. I'm a great believer that it is people who create a successful business through their passion and conviction. I’ve always believed “It’s your attitude, not your aptitude that determines your altitude”.
