Office positions require computer software testing for proficiency in Excel, Outlook and Word. Labor positions require an employment background check and criminal record check if applicable to the company.
After your in-person interview and screening process is approved by our People Specialist, your resume goes into our candidate database to reference for open positions. Depending on your work background and skill set, you could be contacted by us within the week with a temporary assignment.
When you agree to an assignment, we provide you with a time sheet to fill out weekly and have your workplace supervisor sign off on the hours. Those hours are then paid out by Srijan Spectrum via direct deposit.
If you are unable to make it to work, call us first and we will notify the company.
We appreciate a couple of days notice to provide the client with a replacement for your position. Call us and we will assist your with your concerns.
